The payment plan in place for GoldCrest Dreams is one of the main reasons I知 interested in it. I can get a one-bed at a price I知 comfortable with paying over the next 5 years. I知 not buying this purely as an investment, I want to use it for family holidays, but in the long run I guess it has to be a sound financial investment. I'll be going to Dubai in a few weeks and intend to look into several developments, but at the minute, this is my favorite, based on the numbers. I know very little about the area, so might hate it.

Regarding Emirates City, there is around 92 towers in this project.
On the main Emirates road all are G+6Parking+40 residential floors with all 5*facilities (G+46) and Back side G+4Parking+25 Residential floors normal buildings (G+29).
If u wanna buy and live in Ajman in future so front line the best option. I m suggesting you because we have real estate company and we are dealing almost all project.
