Some concerns about the Hanover investment. When exactly was Hanover Square launched and at what rate per sqft for the 1BR units ? Has anyone checked out physically if the construction has started ? Does ACW mention the 20 year leaseback in the contract, and what happens when the initial buyer sells the property on, is there a separate contract made for the leaseback with the new owner?
