Nakheel is not longer Master Developer of Jumeirah Lake Towers.
The Towers Falcon (H3 JLT) and Flamingo Nakheel launched in 2004 will not be built. DMCC has announced this to all customers of Nakheel Falcon and Flamingo Aug. 15. 2006. Most of Nakheel Falcon and flamingo customers have paid meanwhile the 3rd installment ( total 45 %) to Nakheel. And now they simply cancel what they have once promised.
