Dear all, was thinking of buying in Emirate lake towers by the developers Chapel in Ajman . Does anyone know if they are good? Is it better to buy apartments on lower or higher floors? What is a good price to pay per square foot?Is Ajman a good investment? Any negatives on buying there?
