I have purchased an apartment in Dubai Star tower in Jumeirah lakes, does anyone have a clue what is happening with this? have you had any problems?

I have been making regular payments since 2004, first I was not told that the marketing agency has handed back to Junior Gas Trading in Kuwait who are the developers, then I was not told that there is a huge delay in construction. When I phoned them yesterday I was told that the construction has not started due to a problem with al nakheel and that if I want my money back this can be arranged... completion was due in May 2007.

This is very frustrating for me and I am very disappointed....
