Yes!!! In the Springs and the later phases of the Meadows because they are into the desert more than the Lakes for instance. My friend who lives there (Bless her) had a few problems with rats and one time she had some visitors for the day. She was in the living room entertaining them when her husband walked into the room and asked if she had seen a rat around. With incredible loud shreiks, her visitors jumped onto the sofas, with shoes on and all and refused to get down until the rat was caught!!! Mind you I would have done the same thing Now her husband has learnt from his mistake and refers to the little creatures by the name Stuart (after Stuart Little). It is so much easier for her to say "Stuart is in my bed" than "a rat is in my bed" |
