im looking to invest in Ajman as the prices in project in Dubai have gone sky high. Is tehre anyone who can suggesta good project in Ajman?
Ajmna has been divided in 3 parts emirates city, mamooka city and another. Does this make a big difference to which area or project i should in vest in to see capital growth and good rental yield.
Im currently looking at a project in Mamooka City called Frank Furt Residence but teh tower its self does not look elegant or has a ny style to it. Its teh payment paln that has attracted me , 5 yrs 0% interest free option. But im yet not sure if this is the best project or good as otehrs out there
