Hopefully, it will only be a temporary problem, the same as at The Greens. When I first moved in, it was a disaster, as the place was still under construction, workers had their sleep quarters in the underground parking with no toilet facilities provided, so they had to relief themselves somewhere, also they had no where to dispose of their food rubbish. That is the same problem at The Springs and Meadows which are still under construction. There are also stagnant lakes which are not being maintained yet. All that attracts many beasts but once the places will be buzzing with people and cars, rather than workers and trucks and pest control moves in on a regular basis, the problem should hopefully go away and those critters will move to the Arabian Ranches.
