Looking to invest in Dubai could I have your opinions into why you bought where you did (or are thinking of buying) Im looking for somewhere with very good rental potential (like most I assume). Prices do vary a great deal but I thought 107k(£) was high for a studio in The Diamond sports city. I can get a studio a lot cheaper on The Marina, which I thought to be a better place to invest in, it being a waterfront property.
