I am new but I would like to know the best way to invest $ 100k. My goals are the following (in order of importance):

1) Maximize the rent (I have to pay a mortgage in my country and I like to have a stable tax free income)

2) Have a nice place to go in the long term (next 10 years?) or for vacation

Which are the best locations? Dubai Marina is outside my financial possibility. What about Dubai Sports city or International city or Discovery Gardens? What if I change point of view and choose another location such as Abu Dhabi?

Bye the way, any change to work in the aerospace field in Dubai? What are the salaries there?
