Hi

I will be moving to Dubai in about 3 months and was wondering if anyone out there can give me a heads up on a few things...

1. I have been looking at locations to live and Dubai Marina looks good - any one have any views on this? I'd ideally like a 2 bed apartment.

2. Coincidentally a friend of mine is moving out at the same time. It would be great (and a flash back to Uni!) if we could share but he's a guy, I'm a gal and I have heard that co-habiting, even if not in a relationship, is a bit of a no-no - should I abandon this idea?

3. Can I get marmite in Dubai?? Or should I bring my own supply?!!

4. Can anyone recommend a good (reasonably priced) hotel for when I first arrive before I find myself an apartment?
