Yes, I also think this is a nice place, especially when everything is finished. but there are some things I don't like: all houses look the same. they are too close to each other. the garden is very small. you look against a wall. windows are too small. for many Europeans this not the best place to live, but the whole area is very nice, quiet and peaceful with it's lakes, trees and so on.

I myself can't imagine to live right in the middle of such a huge cluster.

the same about Arabian ranches. it's the same concept, quite all houses are of the same design.
