The villas on palm [not in] jumeriah had a lot of work on them ovber the last 2 1/2 years. They were still having problems with structures early this year. I would assume that they go for higher quality construction on PJA and that the wait would be closer to a year rather than 2 1/2 that was needed on the palm [not in] jumeriah
