It's pretty obvious that a lot of lessons have been learned from the creation and construction of Palm Jumeirah. Naturally there have been mistakes and these won't be repeated on PJA.

I read an article where the Chief Exec(?) said if they were doing Palm Jumeriah again, they would do it differently. Especially with regard to putting all the roads in first.

I think we are talking three years rather than five, because of the lessons learned and now knowing better/quicker ways of doing things. For instance the soil densification is all being done by Nakheel themselves, rather than the individual developers

Below is an extract of an email I received recently after asking a number of questions:

Although Palm Jumeirah will always be the flagship, I have a sneaky feeling this PJA will be THE Palm. Some recent renders of the gateway to PJA looked stunning and better than PJ (all in my opinion, of course).

Its appears to me the price for a Garden Home is now 4 mil +.
I too have seen them advertised under 4 mil, but on enquiry have they have been 'no longer available ' or the price was out of date. I would be very surprised if you can find a Garden Home genuinely under 4 mil.
