I was looking at investing in a new development on the marina called the torch, it's complete in late 2007. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has invested there or is thinking of investing. Has the bubble burst, is it still good value, are you hoping to realize future gain due to the huge inwards investment etc? What about the inward investment there, to make it number one visited tourist destination?
