Default Living in Arabian Ranches - 09-04-2007, 12:44 PM

Hello there...
Does anybody have the experience of traveling from the Arabian Ranches to Sharjah on an every day basis, to go to work?
I could be working in Sharjah and I would like to live at the Arabian Ranches....
Hopefully you will all join your experiences and suggestions with me!
(Maybe another district that is similar to the Ranches but closer to Sharjah?)
Thank you,

Hi

Arabian Rahches are little bit out of town but it's very nice and new. I live near by (in green community) and know A.R wery well. First of you have to know that properties for rent quite are limited, in fact you have to be lucky to get one in A.r or Springs (similar, but bigger one). Rents start from 85K DHS/ year for 3 bedroom villa now. Connection to Sharjah is good - you take Emirates Road and within 20 min you reach Sharjah. Usually people do opposite: live in Sharjah (rents are cheaper) and work in DXB. You will have golf course and Dubai autodrome racing circuit in neighborhood.

take care

Hi people,

I am new here and also looking for some advice on the same lines please.
I work in Sharjah, but my meetings will be in Dubai.

I have about a week to work out which area I should rent an apartment in.

I am looking to get a 1 or 2 bed apartment, depending on price, but live in an area where I can go out and meet people...

Any suggestions please?
