I'm sure the prices will stabilize and then when the economic motor that has been constructed in Dubai catches on, they will sky rocket. All of these projects are launched so that they can sustain themselves. I believe they will lead the way to make Dubai a new world leader in technology, tourism and trade. Thus making the country independant from its still plentiful oil resources.

I see a bright future for Dubai. If you manage to get a foothold there, then you can expect to partake in the growth!
