Currently the only residential towers released for sale in DIFC are Sky Gardens and Park Towers. I love both these towers and reckon that DIFC will have the best looking towers in Dubai and be the most desirable urban residential area when complete.

Apartment values are looking cheap compared to other financial centers around the world and I reckon big gains for those holding for units for the medium term

Sky Gardens has started coming out the ground and is expected to complete around May 2007 and I guess Park Towers 1 Year later.
