DIFC DIFC is the world's newest international financial centre. It aims to develop the same stature as New York, London and Hong Kong and primarily serves the vast region between Western Europe and East Asia. Developments around the DIFC have been scanty, but pricey. Projects like Park Towers, and Sky Gardens have proved successful in their marketing strategy, but have they been good investments? Default Park Towers and Sky Gardens - 20-02-2007, 07:52 AM
Currently the only residential towers released for sale in DIFC are Sky Gardens and Park Towers. I love both these towers and reckon that DIFC will have the best looking towers in Dubai and be the most desirable urban residential area when complete.

Apartment values are looking cheap compared to other financial centers around the world and I reckon big gains for those holding for units for the medium term

Sky Gardens has started coming out the ground and is expected to complete around May 2007 and I guess Park Towers 1 Year later.

Any owners out there?
