Dubai Marina Dubai Marina is one of the largest and most meticulously planned waterfront developments in the world. The Marina project consists of luxury apartments and villas set against the backdrop of a stunning man-made marina and views of the Palm Jumeirah. With most of the projects nearing completion and properties having been sold over and over, what do you feel about Dubai Marina? Has it been a good investment or a failure? Do you have any concerns over occupation of the properties? Share your views and opinions here.

The project “Ocean Heights” a 82 floor residential complex is being started in 2007 and scheduled to be completed in 2010. The developer, Damac Properties is constructing the beautiful complex. It’s a real master piece of architecture and I’m thinking of booking a flat there. What’s your opinion?

Nobody has ever doubt that Ocean Heights is a beautiful piece of architecture. It's just a pity the architect did the job for a company called Damac. Anyone else, and it'd probably be half way to the top by now, if not topped out.

Is that sarcasm? I have no problems changing the status here for people's satisfaction but that doesn’t make it reality. Altind tell me. Have you noticed ANY progress in the past few months? We had this discussion before whether we shud change the status simply because of excavation... look at 23 Marina. Is that under construction too?

I'll change the status anyway... but honestly if this is under c then so are the wind towers

Is not the same? There is nothing on 23Marina site, while here there are people working. Everything starts with excavation and dewatering and they are doing both.

OH is certainly an iconic design. However, given the profile of Dubai Marina I am concerned that completion has slipped to 2009/2010.
As a consequence I am seriously considering selling as soon as possible.
Anyone interesting in a 1bed apartment on the 5th floor ?
