The agreement was signed by Al Barari CEO, Miss Nadia Zaal, and Mr. Senan A.M. Al Naboodah, Assistant Group Managing Director, Al Naboodah Contracting (L.L.C)

The scope of work includes the substructure, superstructure and full finishes, as well as the mechanical and electrical installations that will include a cutting edge home automation system. Earlier, Al Naboodah's Engineering Services LLC was commissioned to work on the construction of roads, IT and telecommunications infrastructure, and waterways; as well as water, irrigation, sewerage and drainage networks in Al Barari Development.

Al Barari is located in a prime location at the prestigious Nad Al Sheba, bordering a wildlife reserve ensuring unspoilt views stretching over 14 million square feet. The development comprises of the villa phase; an array of botanical gardens strategically located throughout the development, the 6 star boutique hotel, the healing haven wellness resort; a unique retail experience, luxurious Riyadh homes and a plant nursery.
