Emirates Hills Emirates Hills is undoubtedly amongst Dubai’s most prestigious master planned villa communities. Default The Greens, Lakes, Meadows, Springs, Emirates Hills - 19-02-2007, 10:58 AM

An hour ago I was again in that new jilt & marina area to have a closer look. It came into my mind that I’ve never been to the lakes, springs, meadows, before. just one time to visit the sales center with my father who was thinking about buying a house there. but you can't imagine how much this area has grown since last winter. unbelievable!!!

Trances, SA boy and all you Dubai guys, go get there. This is a huge building site that you get the impression it will never end. Wow!!!!!!

I took some photos down there. Will post them later, as image station has problems at this time.

I live in the lakes and its the best place to be, very friendly and community orientated, with great facilities.
All the pictures you have are from the public roads and around the back by the springs, which are nearly completed. Try to get into an estate and you will be amazed at the place, so green and established

Yes, I also think this is a nice place, especially when everything is finished. But there are some things I don't like: all houses look the same. They are too close to each other. The garden is very small. You look against a wall. Windows are too small. For many Europeans this not the best place to live, but the whole area is very nice, quiet and peaceful with its lakes, trees and so on.

I myself can't imagine living right in the middle of such a huge cluster.

The same about Arabian ranches. It’s the same concept; quite all houses are of the same design.
