Green Community

I am looking for a 3 bedroom apartment in the Greens Community for a 1 year lease. Any idea what this might run me? Also, any idea as to how far the following are from there?

- Jebel Ali
- Jumeirah (specifically the American School of Dubai)
- Nearest Hospital, grocery stores etc.

It is really right across the street (the highway) from Jebel Ali. But J.A. is huge area (by Dubai standards). There is a hospital in the entrance to the J.A. And there is supermarket in the Greens Community itself. From the school, I'm not sure.

What is not clear about "the greens community"?

Doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize you take out the "s".

Depending on which apartment you get into a 3 bedroom can run you back 100-150k in the Green Community.

Jebel Ali Free Zone (FZ) Gate 8 is 6 minutes from the Green Community.

Jumeirah roughly 25 minutes to an hour - depending on time of day and traffic.

Jebel Ali hospital is near Gate 1 entrance to the FZ - 10 mins.

There is a Choitrams in the Green Community - walking distance.
