Does anyone know Dubai Investment Park is like for living?

Hi all.

We fly to Dubai on the 1st March & the company has said that the Dubai investment park is somewhere where they would like us to live. Does anyone know what this area is like, we are both British & in our early 30's & have 1 son who is age 6.

Is there much building work going on around this area, as I cannot find out much about it on the net.

Any help on this will be gladly appreciated.

Hi there,
I am living in Dubai Investment Park.... Yes. It’s a newly developed residential / industrial area. At present there are two communities --- Green Community and Ewan Residence.... I live in Ewan residence.... the area is bit far from main Dubai but close to Jebel Ali free zone.

Is the lot of building work going on & do you know what the new school is like.
