I have not purchased anything in International City Phase 3 but have purchased a few in International City CBD District. What are the prices like in International City Phase 3? I am intending to sell some of my apartments in the CBD District. These are studios and 1 Bed apartments

what are prices like in the CBD, particularly commercial units. I have looked at the themed areas, but I am not sure whether there will be much business there. The CBD may be better for commercial activity.

I think China Phase III has sold out from what I have heard. Prices per sq.ft were higher than in the rest of China, but smaller apartments were available, so a small studio apartment was being advertised by Gowealthy at 199,000 Dirhams (standard studios were 240,000 at the time). Certainly, they seem to have sold a lot quicker than the other parts of China so there must have been greater demand.
The Commercial Units are being sold at between 850-900 Dhirams per square feet. Residential units are being sold between 455 -475 Dhirams per square feet

How big were the studios that sold for 199,000 Dhirams. Seemed very good value for money
