I am planning to purchase a studio apartment and avail residence Visa.( Not for employment).

Has any resident in International city taken Residence visa through the developer( Nakheel).
Is there any agents helping out in taking residences Visa. How many days it takes and what is the app. cost.
How many years the Visa is valid and whether it requires to be in the country for any number of days or 6 month entry is sufficient.
Where Can I get or find these information? Please Help.
