International City Dubai Covering almost 800 hectares (8 million sq m.), the International City project will contain studios, one and two bedroom apartment units and accommodate over 60,000 residents. With phase 1 already complete, the other phases are well underway. Are you a current owner of one of the units? Have you got any useful information to share with others? Has anyone any news on the France and Greece clusters. As per many people that have posted the agent that I bought off is pretty useless at keeping me up to speed with any progress. The last I had was one finished in September and maybe one at the end of the year.

Also has anybody just recently managed to rent out 1 beds in IC, what is the going rate that can be obtained.

Few buildings have been handed out in France. A lot of them still waiting.
