International City Dubai Covering almost 800 hectares (8 million sq m.), the International City project will contain studios, one and two bedroom apartment units and accommodate over 60,000 residents. With phase 1 already complete, the other phases are well underway. Are you a current owner of one of the units? Have you got any useful information to share with others? Hi guys

I am in discussion with a private buyer about selling my property in Dubai. I am a private seller.

HE told me he bought DIRECTLY from the developer, Nakheel in International City PHASE 3.

He has "apparently" bought them cheap according to the figures he quoted me. Dirt Cheap.

My questions are :

1. Has anyone here bought direct from Nakheel in IC Phase 1 or Phase 3 ? Is it possible?

2. Isn’t Phase 3 being developed by independent developers and NOT NAKHEEL? Nakheel are simply the master plan architects!? This is my understanding...which contradicts what this chap told me about buying direct from Nakheel in IC Phase 3.

All your comments will be MUCH appreciated as ill need info to back up my argument to him about my property sale price.

When I enquired with Nakheel regarding Phase 1, I was told that individual units were not being sold, the development was being sold by building only, which is why I ended up having to go through an agent.

I am not sure about the other phases, its worth calling Nakheel and finding out.

Default 2000 sq.ft Office Space Required, etc - 04-09-2007, 06:44 AM
1. I would like retail space at Business Bay which is about 2000sq.ft. Anything below 1300 per sq.ft would be preferred. I would like this directly from the owner & not an agent.

2. I am looking to buy 4 floors for commercial purposes all in the same building at either B.B(Business Bay) or JLT(Jumeriah Lake Towers). Shouldnt be more then 1250 per sq.ft.

3. If there is anybody trying to sell their property & make a great profit or a developer who wants to sell plots or if any of you are looking for the best apartment then please do not hesitate in contacting me as our rates as of date are the best in the market
