Really know how you feel, started my payments in 04 as well and as I said in my previous post my date has gone back three times. It is under construction but every time I log on the website to look at pictures of the development progress it just makes me feel worse because it is so painfully slow. I have decided to log on only once a month now in the hope that I can see some difference. I think I read somewhere that the Palm Deira is so far behind that Nakheel have offered people a refund or swap to another development. As for excepting your money back, your not going to find the same flat at the 04 price you paid, but how long do you keep waiting?

I too have been regularly paying since 2004. Same thing happened to me where I was not told that the management has been handed back to junior gas in Kuwait. Also I was not told that the building construction has now been passed onto ACI/Lakeview who apparently are the new owners of the project after junior gas sold to them. I did get offered my money back but no compensation or inflation was taken into consideration, as Moses says that 2004 prices are not available any more.

To think we have paid so much already and there has been no update or communication at all is sickening and frightening as a lot of money is involved.
