Jumeirah Lake Towers Jumeirah Lake Towers consists of residences, offices and retail outlets developed around man-made lakes and waterways covering over 730,000 sq m (2.4 million sq ft); with man-made lakes covering 116,000 sq m (381,000 sq ft). So, with this sheer size and magnitude of the project, has it really been a success? Al Fajer Properties launched the Jumeirah Business center at the Jumeirah Lake Towers at an investment of USD 135 million. Al Fajer Properties is a member of Al Fajer enterprises established in Dubai in 1965 by its Group President His Highness Sheikh Hasher Bin Makhtoum Al Makhtoum.

This real estate development will be a freehold project consisting of two parts- Jumeirah Business Center 1& 2. The developer of the business centers is Nakheel, A Dubai based Real estate developer.

Jumeirah Business center 1, a 44 storey commercial tower and Business Center 2, a 40 story commercial tower will be hub of business activities when it is completed in 2008.

These mega commercial real estate projects in Dubai offer 75% finance through the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. Located at the Jumeirah Lake Towers, between the interchange 5 & 6 on Sheik Zayed Road there will be a grand atrium lobby extending up to 5 floors.

Hisham Al Gurg, CEO of the investment and Development arm of Al Fajer Properties said, It became clear to us that local demand from local, regional and international companies, wanting to establish a firm and lasting freehold commercial base in the regional business hub of Dubai had to be addressed. The first of the two towers that has been unveiled is already sold out.

I did first in that way, but then I read carefully and they say only the first tower is launched, so we don't know if it will be of the same design and in the same cluster.

Looks nice and I think that this is the most accurate JLT render ever, no palm lined beaches in this one.
