Palm Jebel Ali The middle-sized of the three Palm Islands, Palm Jebel Ali is 50% larger than Palm Jumeirah. It aims to create an entertainment destination catering to both residents and tourists away from the actual city of Dubai. However, the project has been greatly delayed and investor money has been blocked. Prices on certain projects have shot up on the island, but actual returns vary. Have you invested on the Palm Jebel Ali, or did you manage to flip and get a return? Will it be as successful as Palm Jumeirah? What about the technical pitfalls? Share your views and opinions here.

My husband is going to work in jebel Ali and I don’t know yet. where can we find a good 1bed aprt small for 40 TO 50 k per year. not so far from jebel ali and yet not too close! any advise?? I’m familiar with Dubai.
