I visited The Cove last month(August) for "Handover";still a building site and not ready for occupation.
Any other purchasers had demands for extra cash because
they built the villas bigger than planned?
What about the electricity and water connection charges the developers are asking us to pay!!!
Dont understand the need (with associated charges) to form a company within the free zone in order to secure the freehold title
