The calculation of ROI for Property Investment

The calculation of ROI for Property Investment - 19-06-2008, 05:42 AM

Does any one know the calculation for ROI if we put in the property investment.
If in the middle of construction, is it common to take out the investment should such case happen such us for expats have to leave this country and want to resell this property.
What would the calculation be?
