UAE Property Investment Forum

Ajman Property Ajman was the second Emirate to follow suit after Ras Al Khaimah to open up its property market to foreigners. 15 freehold residential projects were announced initially, and one of the largest development being announced by Tameer. Ajman property prices have been lagging behind the other Emirates of Dubai and Sharjah, and investor uptake has been average with the limited exposure Ajman has got overseas. However, residential uptake has been good with people being priced out of Dubai and Sharjah. If you have a story to tell about Ajman, or have invested there, or just want to share your opinion, shout it out here.

Please note Berkely estates already has 2 successful projects completed within Dubai.
Marina Star and Met loft’s both via a Escrow account. Both these towers have increased in value in such a short space of time, some units as much as 75%
Although there is so much more off plan projects to choose from as a organisation we are looking solely at Ajam for the time being as we want to offer our clients the best
Opportunity possible, and we believe Ajam is it within the Middle East.

We have international offices, and we are now looking at competing within the UK market sector.

Our prices and service our second to none, I know this from first hand experience as I’ve worked with some of the big names out there, and believe me that have no conceptual idea of client satisfaction and looking after a investment portfolio.

I am not suggesting what they offer isn’t good, because in truth it doesn’t matter who you buy with so long as the development will complete on time and their is a realistic opportunity you could flip it if and when you needed the money.

Please feel free to contact me for more information. I work freelance and I am more than happy to offer you my extensive experience on what projects you may be looking at.

Regards
