UAE Property Investment Forum

Ajman Property Ajman was the second Emirate to follow suit after Ras Al Khaimah to open up its property market to foreigners. 15 freehold residential projects were announced initially, and one of the largest development being announced by Tameer. Ajman property prices have been lagging behind the other Emirates of Dubai and Sharjah, and investor uptake has been average with the limited exposure Ajman has got overseas. However, residential uptake has been good with people being priced out of Dubai and Sharjah. If you have a story to tell about Ajman, or have invested there, or just want to share your opinion, shout it out here.

hi all.. first of all.. i am new member in this forum.
my husband and i just took the Goldcrest Smart City 1 BR Apt, for 7 year payment plan, regarding our financial calculation.
This is our first experience to have property investment, so before jumping into decision we did some research about Goldcrest and its projects in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Goldcrest Dreams etc.., and it is one of member of big Property Institution GigaGroup.
Also it got award from City Scape best developer, thats why we then decided to take this investment on Gold Crest Smart City..
Its feature of LG Smart Safety Home makes us interested to take investment in it. Its quite spacious for 1 BR Apartment.

Does anyone know, how about the protection for this investment in the future?
And also do you guys know about the Insurance about this Property Investment?
Do we need to make such legal Inheritance Notification or Legal Will should there is unexpected thing happen, since most of us are expat here, i read in GulfNews, that inheritance notification should be registered. Dealing with inheritance is not accepted if we don't register to whom we inherit this investment.
We are thinking to stay it, as well as an investment.

Looking forward to have your sharing regarding this...

Thankssss!!!!

the payment is quarterly based.
for 4 year payment plan also use quarterly based.
The difference is the amount, of course the amount for each quarter in 4 year payment plan is bigger compared to the 7 year payment plan.

If you want to invest in Ajman always invest in Downtown it is more secure and much higher apprication then the areas far away like emirates road etc.
