You should consider Orient Towers its a very nice investment. Lake view near ajman marina and price just half then it.

it is little expensive then the project far away from sea like emirates city and have bigger area but over all higer returns and value for money.

I think it is a quite expensive for a project finishing in end of 2010, what do you think? thanks D

If you compare the area and view its very cheap. This project is just one km away form Ajman marina on same road and same view but the price is just half Ajman marian is expected to launch from Dhs 1200 to Dhs. 1400 per sq.ft after six months.

So just imagine how much this project is appricated within six months.
