Ajman Property Ajman was the second Emirate to follow suit after Ras Al Khaimah to open up its property market to foreigners. 15 freehold residential projects were announced initially, and one of the largest development being announced by Tameer. Ajman property prices have been lagging behind the other Emirates of Dubai and Sharjah, and investor uptake has been average with the limited exposure Ajman has got overseas. However, residential uptake has been good with people being priced out of Dubai and Sharjah. If you have a story to tell about Ajman, or have invested there, or just want to share your opinion, shout it out here.

Hi guys, I am a newbee in investing and urgently need some good advice!

I need some help please, does anyone heard about Samaa Tower project in Marmooka City Ajman? i tried to find info on developer with no success. agency wants 457,938 for 766.9 sqf with 6 years installment plan, is it a good deal?

My advice would be dont buy in that area buy in downtown.

I concur with your view xpert,


if you are looking for Ajman i'd suggest not to look further out than emirates city or emirates lake towers. 597psf in marmooka is abit pricey for a place where there is no electricity.

Marmooka, emirates city , emirates lake , awalee city , eye of ajman , berjal city all in same area. I was talking about downtown Ajman which is already build area on sea. That area is very good for investment and prices are increasing repeadly.

isn't downtown Ajman on 99 years lease? do you have any info on Ajman Marina?

im interested in buying a property in ajman for investment purpose. My buget is upto $95k so please email me if you think you have any 1 bedroom apartment with real investment oppurtunity..i am also looking for some info about getting a mortgage if possible..my email address is
