Ajman Property Ajman was the second Emirate to follow suit after Ras Al Khaimah to open up its property market to foreigners. 15 freehold residential projects were announced initially, and one of the largest development being announced by Tameer. Ajman property prices have been lagging behind the other Emirates of Dubai and Sharjah, and investor uptake has been average with the limited exposure Ajman has got overseas. However, residential uptake has been good with people being priced out of Dubai and Sharjah. If you have a story to tell about Ajman, or have invested there, or just want to share your opinion, shout it out here.

I have a new project that wil be launched in Ajman by the end of Ramada. Interested buyers or agents can contact me Some of the basic detail of the property are it will be twin towers having 7 floor parking and 35 floor residential. If you need any further details contact me

hi
we are the authorized agents for the new project coming in Marmooka City Ajman. the project is G+5p+14 typical floors. the floor size is 9,005.607 sqft. each floor has 12 units, 4 studio. 6 One Bedroom Hall. 2 two bedroom hall.
its a good time to invest and the prices are going to be sky high after the city scape. electricity problem has also been solved by the government. the project will be lounched right after the city scape in octber 2008. all the approvals from the goverment has already been done.
pre lonch price is starting from AED 545 per sqft and 5% discount for the bulck buyers with only 2.5% down.

Mr. Yousuf why don't you invest in hamydia city, very nice twin towers have just prelaunched I think. Payment plan is reasonable.
