Fujairah Property Fujairah has probably been the last Emirate to get on the property bandwagon. Fujairah's efforts to enter the freehold property market have been very limited and the only project announced so far has been the Al Jabar Tower which consists of apartments, shops and showrooms. The Al Jabar Tower is being developed by Al Jabel Contracting. Fujairah has had very limited overseas exposure and as a result, overseas investment has been almost negligible.
