Nujoom Islands Nujoom Islands, also referred to as Stars Islands, is the largest commercial, residential and tourism development project in the city of Sharjah. The US$4.9 billion project will be built in three stages, over a period of 5 years, near the village of Hamriya. 60% of Nujoom Islands will be landscaped with beaches, gardens, parks, and roads, while the remaining 40% will contain structures.
